Looking for another alternative way to keep your home cool in the summer? Or, you just simply want to add more protection in your attic besides the insulation that you already have?

Well, we have the answer for you! Installing a radiant barrier, also known as reflective insulation, is a great way to help reduce the radiant heat that is coming through the attic and entering the living area. Our radiant barrier can block up to 94% of the radiant heat and can reduce energy costs 5% to 10% when use in warm, sunny climate.

Be careful when installing radiant barrier in homes that are in cold climates and where heat is not an issue. The barrier is only designed to reflect radiant heat which means, it can keep the heat from entering the home and the heat from exiting. It will not reduce the cold air from entering or exiting the living space. We have installed radiant barrier in churches, storage warehouses and residential homes just to name a few. Many of our customers have noticed a big difference in comfort.

You can choose between solid or perforated radiant barriers and there are different colors such as black, white and silver. The barrier is usually installed on the roof rafters inside the attic or on the ceiling of commercial buildings. For the attic, we will staple the radiant barrier onto the roof rafters. As for the commercial building such as warehouses, our work procedure may vary based on whether the building is made of metal or wood. We will be happy to come over and inspect the property. Once the inspection has been completed, we will work with you to come up with a solution. We deal with each situation on an individual basis. Please give us a call if you are interested or you just simply have questions about this service.
